Payment- All orders require a 50% deposit and the balance due upon completion. All major credit cards accepted.

Production Time: 10 working days from artwork approval.

Rush Service:  Rush service is available (fees apply)

Artwork Guidelines: 

-Screenprinting and Promotional Products: adobe illustrator 10.0, corel draw, .pdf. No jpeg, bmp,or tiff.

-Embroidery and Digital Garment Printing: All file types above. Jpegs are accepted but need to be 300dpi to size. We can not use images from websites because they are 75dpi's.

-We do supply custom artwork starting at $15.00

Returns/Refunds: There are no cash refunds on embellished apparel. Store credit only. Any order cancelled after 5 days from order date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
